Elevate your career as the Lead SAP FICA and Localization Expert at Element. This role involves designing and validating Mexico-specific regulatory requirements within the SAP FICA framework while ensuring compliance through innovative solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in configuring and validating Mexico's regulatory and statutory specifications. Collaborate closely with the SAP system integrator to develop a compliant and production-ready solution. Your expertise in SAP DRC, CFDI e-invoicing, and MX regulatory processes will be essential in serving as the primary localization authority for the MX FICA program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own design and SAP configuration for Mexico's regulatory requirements
• Lead configuration of DRC for statutory reporting obligations




• Configure IVA tax determination and withholding taxes
• Execute compliance-focused test scenarios for CFDI generation
• Review and approve RICEFW objects for compliance

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of SAP experience, 8 years in SAP FICA
• Hands-on experience with SAP DRC for Mexico
• Proven expertise in MX regulatory reporting
• Solid knowledge of Mexico tax framework in SAP
