As a member of the In Vitro Pharmacology group, you will play a pivotal role in characterizing therapeutic antibodies through both routine and novel screening assays. In this environment, your analytical mindset and laboratory expertise will help advance the pipeline of medicines. Collaborating closely with a team, you will contribute to meaningful research impacting patient outcomes significantly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct affinity and kinetic screens across key platforms
• Assist with instrument maintenance and troubleshooting
• Prepare and document data using ELN and Benchling tools
Requirements:
• Doctorate or applicable degree with relevant experience
• Familiarity with Biacore, KinExA, and molecular binding principles
• Background in protein chemistry; antibody knowledge preferred
• Experience with mammalian cell culture and data manipulation
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a collaborative setting
