Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in development and execution of programming activities
• Provide necessary physical care, ensuring safety and comfort
• Uphold program boundaries and rules with clients
• Support positive behavioural management strategies
• Communicate effectively with team members and families

Requirements:
• Two-year Diploma in Developmental Services or related field
• A minimum of 1 year working with children with complex needs
• Current Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certification
• Standard First Aid and CPR-C certifications
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
