Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry of purchasing documents accurately
• Maintain organized digital filing systems for vendor correspondence
• Enter and track purchase orders in Oracle and Maximo
• Monitor open purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
• Liaise with vendors for order confirmations and issue resolutions
Requirements:
• Beneficiary status in Nunavut, Nunatsiavut, or Inuvialuit groups required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Adaptable to cross-cultural work environments
• Knowledge of Inuktitut is an asset
