To qualify, candidates must submit their high school diploma alongside one of the necessary educational documents outlined in our hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate learning by supporting students with special needs
• Assist in the preparation and organization of classroom materials
• Provide one-on-one support to students as needed




• Maintain a nurturing and organized classroom atmosphere
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute ideas for improvement

Requirements:
• Must have a high school diploma
• AA degree or a minimum of 72 quarter credits required
• Documentation of passing ETS ParaPro assessment needed
• Robust motivation to foster equity in education
• Availability for 630 hours of work annually
