Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to incoming taxpayer phone calls
• Clarify filing and processing inquiries for clients

Requirements:
• Must possess a secondary school diploma
• Minimum 12 months of experience in client service roles
• At least 6 months of experience with computer systems
• Strong communication abilities, both written and oral
• Capacity to work in office at assigned locations
