Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans
• Supervise nursing staff and address performance issues
• Coordinate staff scheduling and replacements during absences

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in geriatrics
• Current registered nurse license or CRNM eligibility
