Reporting to a Business Consultant at U-Haul, this role focuses on overseeing projects from budgeting to compliance. You'll be responsible for planning and executing various construction activities while ensuring adherence to all legal regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of construction and renovation projects
• Execute and plan maintenance activities at various sites
• Review project documentation before bid submissions
• Help select contractors and prepare bid requests
• Confirm compliance with safety and permit regulations

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years in construction or repair environments
• Prior experience at U-Haul required
• Forklift operation capability post-training
• Preferred OSHA certification
