As a Health Care Aide, you'll play an essential role in delivering individualized care alongside a supportive team. Your tasks will include assisting residents with personal care, safely transferring them, and supporting meal times as outlined in their care plans. You'll also help facilitate residents' participation in various recreational activities within our community environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide essential personal care such as bathing and washing
• Ensure protected resident transfers using equipment and aids




• Assist during meal times in accordance with dietary needs
• Conduct routine treatments as directed by nursing staff
• Support residents in social engagement within the facility

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of relevant care experience
• Completion of HCA or PCA certification course
• Proficiency in English communication
• Active registration with CLHA of Alberta
• Preferred post-secondary education in health-related fields
