FLINT is hiring Multi-Trades Construction Workers for an exciting project in Fort McMurray! This full-time, temporary position offers travel and camp accommodation as part of a solid team.

Join FLINT's Capital Project team in Fort McMurray from September 2026 to March 2027. We are seeking certified Iron Workers and Pipefitters to perform crucial construction tasks, including welding and piping. Candidates must prioritize safety while executing demanding tasks and comply with strict protocols. A valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out multi-trade construction tasks
• Perform welding, piping, and structural work
• Maintain safety standards throughout all activities




• Operate on an 11-hour workday basis, overtime after 8 hours
• Communicate effectively with team members

Requirements:
• Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate required
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in oil and gas construction
• Must have relevant safety certifications
• Own transportation for commuting to site
• Clean driving history with under 6 demerits
