Be at the forefront of construction safety as a Health, Safety & Workplace Advisor with Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. in the Greater Toronto Area. This primarily field-based position emphasizes direct involvement and hazard identification.

The HSE Advisor will report directly to the Manager HSE, supporting operations with a focus on site risk assessments. Your tasks include observing real-time activities to identify hazards, monitoring compliance, and making recommendations for risk control measures. You will engage with the workforce to reinforce a proactive safety culture at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct on-site risk assessments and identify hazards
• Oversee compliance with safety measures on high-risk tasks




• Engage workers through training and safety briefings
• Liaise between field operations and management
• Ensure readiness for emergency response needs

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Health and Safety
• 5+ years of experience in construction safety
• CM IOSH Certification is essential
• Valid driver's license required
• Bilingual in French and English is preferred
