Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Team Lead to keep our automated sortation systems running reliably. You will perform PM/CM tasks on conveyors, troubleshoot electrical and control issues, and lead a team of technicians on the floor.
You will coordinate maintenance plans, manage spares, and collaborate with Operations to align downtime with sort schedules. The role requires solid diagnostics, safety awareness, and a proactive, on-site leadership style.
