As an Accounts Receivable Support, you will assist with verifying invoice information and reconciling significant customer accounts. Key Responsibilities:
• Process and maintain auto credit card payment records
• Verify accuracy for EFT payment postings
• Provide customer invoice verification support
• Regularly reconcile major customer accounts
• Complete filing and organizational tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum one year in accounts receivable
• Excellent communication and listening abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Intermediate MS Word and Excel proficiency
• Collection experience is beneficial
