Key Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive recruitment for specialized technology roles
• Create and utilize talent maps and competitor insights
• Design proactive sourcing strategies to attract niche talent




• Advise on building and executing effective workforce strategies
• Innovate processes to enhance candidate experience and technology use

Requirements:
• 10+ years’ experience in technical or executive recruiting
• Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for AI and tech roles
• Proven skills in using market intelligence for hiring
• Effective stakeholder engagement and management
• Experience with AI-enhanced recruitment methods
