As a critical member of the nursing team under the supervision of the Director of Resident Care, you will deliver professional nursing care and oversee the performance of health care staff. Experience in geriatrics is beneficial as you assess patient needs and provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care in line with policies
• Lead and support Health Care Aides and nursing staff
• Act in accordance with nursing ethical standards




• Build and maintain positive patient and staff relationships
• Proactively manage resident care and support needs

Requirements:
• Active licensure with CRNM or CRPNM
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Preferred experience in dementia and geriatric care
• Solid communication and critical thinking skills
• Physical capability of moderate to heavy lifting
