Ascertain client support excellence as a full time Disability Services Coordinator with Accredited Supports to the Community. Facilitate service delivery for adults with disabilities across Alberta.
In this management position, you’ll leverage your leadership experience to coordinate community integration and support plans. The role demands adherence to high compliance standards while actively mentoring staff to uphold ASC's values. You will lead the charge in providing exceptional services to our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee effective service delivery
• Supervise and evaluate support staff performance
• Mentor staff and model compliance with ASC policies
• Engage in effective communication with team members
• Ensure adherence to applicable legislation and standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience in disability services
• Post-secondary qualifications in human services preferred
• Relevant experience working with disabled adults
• Strong problem-solving and report-writing capabilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
