This leadership position requires you to oversee day-to-day operations, conduct morning meetings, and motivate a team of instructors. Collaborate closely with the Winter Sports School Supervisor to enhance guest satisfaction and achieve profitable outcomes. This role also involves administrative tasks and on-snow instruction as needed, contributing to a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure student and guest safety during activities
• Motivate and manage a solid team of instructors
• Conduct morning meetings and oversee lesson organization




• Assist with scheduling and office administration
• Provide on-snow supervision and instruction

Requirements:
• CSIA/PSIC/CASI Level 3 certification
• Strong background in snow sports and Big Mountain culture
• Solid grasp of instructional methodologies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong English communication abilities
