What You'll Do Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries related to HVAC-R products and applications
Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs
Enter and process sales orders accurately in our order system
Coordinate with outside sales reps and OAMs on customer requirements and follow-up
Resolve customer service issues, including order discrepancies, returns, and delivery questions
Stay current on our HVAC-R product line
Support pricing, quoting, and availability inquiries
Build strong, lasting relationships with our customers through responsive, knowledgeable service
What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in inside sales, technical support, or customer service (HVAC-R or related industry preferred)
Working knowledge of HVAC-R products and applications, or a strong ability to learn quickly
Comfortable working with order entry systems and CRM/ERP software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting
Team player with good judgment under pressure
