Your responsibilities will include conducting interviews, training both new hires and existing staff, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
• Support trainers during employee development
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Prepare tills and maintain cash funds
• Promote K1 Speed through various marketing strategies
Requirements:
• High school diploma or relevant post-secondary degree
• 3+ years in a management or supervisory role
• Familiarity with Google Apps
• 5 years in customer service
• Smart Serve or Food Handler Certification preferred
