Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized support in daily activities
• Maintain therapeutic relationships to facilitate growth
• Assist with meal preparation and personal hygiene needs




• Help with medication management and general housekeeping
• Use de-escalation techniques to ensure safety

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Behavioural Sciences or related field
• Experience supporting individuals facing challenging behavior
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• A clean Ontario ‘G’ driver’s license
• CPIC with Vulnerable Sector Screening
