Extendicare is seeking a part-time nurse to provide high-quality care to residents in our long-term care home in Ontario. The role requires adherence to nursing standards, physicians’ orders and policies, with vigilant monitoring of vital signs and condition changes. You will assess residents, develop and review care plans, and coordinate with physicians. Robust communication, organizational and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience with cognitively impaired individuals.
