As a Dock Receiver, you'll play a crucial part in the logistics process, managing freight loading according to strict temperature and weight specifications. Your responsibilities will include supervising dock operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and fostering effective communication among dock staff and drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute freight handling as per Erb Transport standards
• Load trucks while ensuring equipment temperature integrity




• Assess freight volumes accurately and report discrepancies
• Set up and organize dock space efficiently
• Safely operate forklift and pallet-jack equipment
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience operating forklifts
• Knowledge of Erb’s systems is an advantage
• Ability to work in cold environments for long hours
• Physically capable of lifting up to 70lbs
• Robust communication skills essential for teamwork
