Job Overview
Ingersoll Rand is seeking a diligent and skilled General Laborer to join our team. This role requires a hands‑on individual who will be responsible for the maintenance of blowers and pumps. The ideal candidate will be someone who takes pride in their work and is capable of ensuring that our high standards of equipment functionality and customer satisfaction are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks on various types rotating equipment.

Follow detailed inspection reports to assess and rectify equipment issues.

Assist in the dynamic balancing and testing of PD blowers.

Contribute to the cleanliness and maintenance of the service and repair facility.

Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and safe manner to meet or exceed specifications.

Collaborate with certified trades technicians in various maintenance projects.

Prepare parts for sand blast, including palletizing for shipment.

Check lobes for straightness.

Use wire wheels, buffer pads, parts washer, and various hand tools to clean parts.

Prep & Paint blowers.





Install blower manifolds, feet, serial plate, and prepare for shipping as required.

Any other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Experience in a laborer role, preferably in an industrial or mechanical setting.

Familiarity with shipping and receiving operations.

Basic understanding of mechanical equipment, specifically blowers and pumps (strong asset)

Ability to interpret inspection reports and follow maintenance protocols.

A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a team workplace.

Capable of adhering to safety standards, PPE requirements, and company policies.

Crane and forklift experience considered an asset.
