As a key member of our Child Care Centre, you will ensure the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development of children. Your open communication with their families will facilitate trust and success. This role also encourages collaboration and involvement in unique initiatives that support community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure children are safe and engaged during activities
• Promote social and emotional growth through interaction




• Communicate with parents regarding children's progress
• Support fundraising and educational campaigns
• Maintain confidentiality in all staff and program matters

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Level 1, 2, or 3 certification
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Certification
• Clear criminal and child abuse registry checks
• Proven experience with infants and toddlers
• Participate in YMCA Child Protection Training
