As an Inclusive Child Care Worker, you will collaborate with community partners to plan supportive activities aimed at children with diverse developmental needs. This position encompasses evaluating client needs, planning activities, and ensuring proper documentation of participant progress. Engaging with families will be pivotal to your success and the overall development of children in care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in program planning and assessments
• Support inclusion in recreational and life skills programs
• Facilitate engaging social and educational activities
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
• Keep accurate documentation and reports
Requirements:
• Diploma in the human/social services field
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Class 5 driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
• Must be eligible to work legally in Canada
