Enhance lives as a Casual Community Living Worker with Sources, where empathy and engagement are key. Work with individuals facing challenges, including autism and intellectual disabilities, during wide-ranging shifts.
In this role, you will assist clients in achieving their desired levels of independence and social well-being. You’ll build relationships and support individuals by maintaining a safe group home environment while adhering to positive behavior support principles. Your teamwork and commitment to empathy will guide your interactions with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster relationships with clients for better support
• Ensure safety protocols are followed diligently
• Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive manner
• Record and review client progress consistently
• Participate in activities that encourage social engagement
Requirements:
• Empathy and heightened self-awareness
• Initiative and integrity in service delivery
• Valid driver's license essential
• Physical readiness to meet diverse needs
• Experience with mental health and disabilities is preferred
Your involvement will be pivotal in supporting the growth and self-sufficiency of our clients.
