Join Elk Valley Resources as a Talent Management Co-op starting January 2027. This position involves supporting key Talent Management programs and developing communication materials.

As part of the Glencore Group, EVR offers an engaging setting for students pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related fields. You'll assist in performance management, trajectory planning, and preparing communications for a wide audience. Your role will also include analyzing metrics for measuring program effectiveness and managing data on SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with performance management and leadership initiatives
• Provide answers to diverse program-related inquiries
• Collaborate on visual and written communication strategies




• Track metrics to evaluate program success
• Manage and organize data files on the Talent Management SharePoint site

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in Human Resources or related field
• Effective communication skills for multidisciplinary teams
• Strong analytical skills for informed decision-making
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Success Factors or similar software is a plus
