Join the WoodGreen team as an Awake Overnight Youth Worker, a position within the Withrow Program. Emphasizing a strengths-based philosophy, you will work closely with youth aged 12 to 24, addressing their mental health and supporting their development. Your role will involve direct client supervision and fostering a caring setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Encourage therapeutic relationships and engagement with clients
• Conduct mental health assessments effectively
• Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks




• Supervise live-in clients with accountability
• Assist in meal preparation and facility upkeep

Requirements:
• Degree in Child & Youth Work or Social Work
• Previous experience in child and youth care settings
• Certifications in First Aid/CPR and aggression management
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ontario G driver’s license is a plus
