Responsibilities include preparing food samples, assisting with microbial testing, and performing quality analyses while adhering to strict laboratory protocols. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare samples for microbiological testing
• Assist in microbial isolation and enumeration
• Conduct analyses for pH and moisture content
• Enter and manage data following established protocols
• Ensure lab safety and compliance with ISO standards

Requirements:
• Two-year community college program in science
• Up to one year of lab experience
• Understanding of QA/QC and safety practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to lift up to 30 lbs
