As a Client Services Representative (CSR), you will ensure that clients receive prompt and accurate communication throughout their project lifecycle. Building strong relationships through effective communication will be central to your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as liaison for all client laboratory inquiries
• Establish and nurture client relationships
• Ensure accurate delivery of analysis results and updates




• Manage client project expectations proactively
• Update and maintain records in the Client Master File

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent relevant experience
• Three or more years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications and LIMS
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
