Part of the Boundary Mining Group, Ideal Gear is looking for experienced machinists. You will operate CNC and multi-axis machines, ensuring quality through GibbsCam programming and accurate setup. Attention to detail and specification adherence will drive success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate multi-axis machining centers efficiently
• Program machines using GibbsCam techniques
• Set up and run CNC lathes and mills
• Read detailed engineering documentation
• Monitor and report any deviations

Requirements:
• Red Seal Machinist certification preferred
• Expertise in multi-axis machine operations
• Experience with measuring instruments is essential
• Familiarity with Okuma and WFL machinery is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
