Job Summary Develops, interprets, and quantifies financial and operational analysis by performing the following duties.

Key Accountabilities:
Familiar with Lean production concepts.
Familiar with manufacturing and distribution operations and activities.
Has good insight into numbers, trend, and other mathematical relationships.
Various financial and related project work as assigned.
Conducts special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepares recommendations for policy, procedure, control, or action.
Analyzes and supports special studies in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and productivity improvements.
Gather and prepares variances of monthly results against plans and forecasts and analyzes current trends against future forecasts and targets.
Support and prepares monthly performance reporting, chats, graphs, and metrics as identified.
Interprets and allies corporate financial policies, government legislation, and accounting theory.
Establishes databases of pertinent information for use in analyzing future plans and forecasts.
Makes recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies.
Coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.
Analyzes components of revenue, costs, and inventory using various concepts.
Other duties may be assigned.
Travel to TK Aerospace locations will be necessary in performing these duties.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and MBA (preferred) in finance, accounting, business management, or economics from four-year College or university
Ten years related experience and/or training
Comprehensive working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products with advanced proficiency in Excel and Access.
Preferred Requirements:
Certified Financial Analyst
Job Compensation Compensation up to $120,000 based on experience
