In this full-time role, you will oversee program delivery, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for client recovery. You will mentor and support staff while promoting a culture of unity and servant leadership. Engage actively in community relations, building strong partnerships with churches and families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Monitor client engagement and program effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and safety standards




• Coordinate facility operations and resource management
• Represent the organization in community settings

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Ministry, Business, or related field
• Leadership experience preferred in related sectors
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
• Alignment with faith-based mission
• Transparent Vulnerable Sector Clearance required
