Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a reliable source for trash collection
• Dust surfaces and mop floors systematically
• Arrange furniture for thorough cleaning and restore to original placement
• Sanitize items and surfaces diligently
• Conduct power washing and patio cleaning as needed

Requirements:
• Previous custodial experience is an advantage
• WHMIS and BSW Certifications a plus
• Solid command of English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Physical capability to perform job duties
