Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair HVAC and boiler systems
• Conduct inspections on critical mechanical equipment




• Create and manage a Preventative Maintenance plan
• Operate the Building Maintenance System for efficiencies
• Perform general maintenance, including plumbing and electrical work

Requirements:
• Specialist certification in Maintenance or similar
• Certification as a Systems Maintenance Technician preferred
• 3-5 years experience in building operations
• Infection Control Certification required
• Valid Class G Driver's License
