Lead the management of plumbing and heating contracts as a Mechanical FM Contract Manager in Peterborough/Cambridgeshire. Oversee maintenance and engineering teams while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

This role involves managing a team of 8 Gas Engineers focused on commercial heating and plumbing solutions. You will handle day-to-day contract management, coordinate workload, and guarantee timely maintenance across various clients, including commercial, manufacturing, and education sectors. Your expertise in plumbing and heating will be essential, along with your understanding of maintenance contracts and project delivery for additional works.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage heating, plumbing, and gas maintenance contracts
• Oversee a team of Gas Engineers and subcontractors




• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance scheduling
• Allocate workload efficiently among mobile engineering teams
• Deliver project variations and additional works as needed

Requirements:
• Background in commercial plumbing and heating
• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (desirable)
• SMSTS/SSSTS or similar qualifications (desirable)
• Gas Secure, OFTEC, or ACS qualifications preferred
• Experience in maintenance contract delivery
