Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and draft contracts for mega projects across Canada
• Guide project teams with strategic legal advice
• Review proposals for major infrastructure pursuits




• Assess legal risks and present recommendations
• Collaborate on contractual disputes with the litigation team

Requirements:
• Member in positive standing with a provincial bar
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience
• Proven track record in commercial agreements
• Strong judgement in risk management
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
