Your responsibilities will include managing billing processes, vendor relationships, and compliance with all tax regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Train and oversee one direct report in accounting tasks
• Ensure compliance with city, state, and federal tax obligations
• Resolve discrepancies in customer payments and manage collections




• Process vendor payments and audit expense receipts regularly
• Maintain accurate billing and invoicing documentation

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management
• Proficient in Great Plains and Microsoft Office Suite
• Robust understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
• Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with accuracy
