In this critical position, you'll oversee daily LMS operations, ensuring user-friendly experiences and compliance with training requirements. Collaborating with the People and Culture team, you will coordinate logistics for various learning activities and maintain training documentation. Your attention to detail and keen insight into best practices will be essential in executing effective talent development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System
• Schedule training sessions and manage communications




• Track compliance and mandatory training requirements
• Consolidate program metrics and evaluations
• Support the development of user guides and job aids
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in the talent or learning domain
• Degree in HR or relevant field advantageous
• Solid project coordination and organizational skills
• Familiarity with PowerBI is beneficial
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation
