Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate daily construction activities to meet project requirements • Foster teamwork and accountability among site crews • Submit daily crew timesheets for accurate tracking • Act as the main contact with clients and subcontractors • Document incidents and lead safety reporting efforts

Requirements: • 5-7 years experience in the construction field • Degree in Construction Management or Electrician designation • Valid class 5 driver's license • Familiarity with Technical Safety BC and WorkSafeBC regulations • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and out-of-town
