This position emphasizes compassionate nursing and is under the supervision of the Home & Community Care Nursing Supervisor. A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nursing Association are required. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate adaptability within a team-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a client referral assessment process for independence
• Prepare care plans addressing individual client needs




• Offer task instructions for Home Health Aides
• Provide specialized nursing services to clients
• Evaluate and update care plans based on assessments
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
• Registered with the Saskatchewan RN Association
• Previous experience in Home Care is an asset
• Strong public relations and communication skills
• Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s license
