The role gathers and analyzes artefacts to help the Product Owners deliver products (and other initiatives) in alignment with the Gaming Division’s strategic goals. The role also supports the product roll-out plan and post-implementation success measurements (i.E., KPIs) to inform future products.Your role in the gameBuild and maintain partnerships with business and technology stakeholdersLead stakeholder analysis and requirements sessions to define business needs, workflows, and system functionalityCreate and manage business and systems analysis artifacts throughout the product lifecycle, from inception to ongoing supportIdentify risks, constraints, and dependencies; support development of rollout plans and risk mitigation strategies for successful implementationAssist Product Owners in understanding full solution costs, including vendor engagement and internal resource estimatesDefine business goals, outcomes, KPIs, and acceptance criteria; track metrics to monitor system health and performanceBreak down development work into epics, features, and stories in tools like Kanbanize or JIRA; collaborate on testing and UAT plans to ensure quality deliveryAct as a adaptable resource, going hands on during test phases to ensure an outstanding player experienceWhat you bring to the gameEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal academic training in business and system analysis methods and processesMinimum three years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role in a medium-sized organizationPrevious business analyst/system analyst experience with digital teams preferredExperience in test planning, execution,
