HOOPP in Toronto is seeking a Senior Analyst, Real Estate Portfolio Analytics to join the REDA team. You will lead AI-driven analytics and reporting for real estate investments, leveraging Argus Taliance, BI tools, and data warehouses to improve accuracy and speed.
The role combines AI leadership with ownership of the forecasting and reporting cycle, mentoring a Co-op Analyst and collaborating with ISG, BSG and Finance to drive scalable, compliant insights for retirement security.
