As a part of Lantern’s Agentic Engineering team, you will lead impactful engagements focused on AI-augmented software delivery practices. Your role requires hands-on implementation of governance frameworks and multi-agent orchestration pipelines, driving measurable change within organizations. You'll provide critical change management and educational resources to empower technical teams in adopting these practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead SDLC maturity assessments and AI-native delivery designs
• Design governance frameworks for agent autonomy




• Drive GitHub Copilot adoption and productivity strategies
• Develop AI usage and cost governance approaches
• Facilitate workshops on AI-assisted development practices

Requirements:
• 4-6 years in software development or technical consulting
• Proficient in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Excellent technical communication skills
• Experience with GitHub Copilot preferred
• Familiarity with AI coding tools beneficial
