You will guide a multidisciplinary team in delivering critical water management solutions while reinforcing client relations and spearheading innovation. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the direction and growth of the Hydrogeology practice
• Develop long-term strategies aligned with market needs




• Mentor and build a high-performing multidisciplinary team
• Enhance client relations and identify growth opportunities
• Promote innovation in groundwater management and technology

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Hydrogeology, Geoscience, or related field
• P.Geo. or P.Eng. certification in Ontario
• Minimum 15 years in hydrogeology or related consulting
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Solid understanding of Ontario’s regulatory environment
