Key Responsibilities Analyze existing manufacturing and operational processes to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
Design, develop, and implement new process technologies and equipment.
Utilize lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct process capability studies and implement measures to ensure consistent quality and output.
Collaborate with R&D;, production,



and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Requirements Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering , with a strong emphasis on optimization and problem-solving.
In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing , Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC).
Experience with process simulation software and CAD tools.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, suited for a hybrid work environment in Kimberley .
