About the Role Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Architectural Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of diverse projects in Kimberley . This role demands a strong understanding of architectural processes combined with exceptional project management capabilities. You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key leadership position within our client's operations in the Northern Cape .
Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of architectural projects, from initiation to close-out.
Develop project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate effectively with design teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and contractual obligations.
Conduct regular project meetings and provide status reports to stakeholders.
Requirements Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in architectural project management.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and software (e.g., MS Project).
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit , AutoCAD).
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
