You will play a crucial role in identifying business needs, analyzing market trends, and translating them into actionable insights and functional requirements for telecommunications services and systems. Your expertise will drive the development of innovative solutions and process improvements that enhance our competitive position and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across the telecommunications domain.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop detailed functional and non-functional specifications for new products and services.




Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
Create process models, use cases, and user stories to clearly communicate requirements.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant focus on the telecommunications industry.

Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation tools.
