Our energy & resources client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist with multiple Infrastructure projects relating to disaster recovery for ServiceNow

Calgary-based client. candidates will be in-office 4 days/week in downtown Calgary, and 1 day WFH.

Must Haves

5+ years as a Business Analyst supporting IT and business system initiatives ( Infrastructure and Application projects)

Experience with Cyber Security and infrastructure programs, focused on D isaster Recovery for ServiceNow

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office , including Microsoft Project

Experience with Data analysis and business process evaluation within complex business environments

Experience within the Energy or Utilities industry

Nice to Have

Business intelligence tools and data visualization exposure

Programming background

Understanding of business functional areas

Responsibilities

Analyze business needs and document system requirements

Guide stakeholders on corrective actions to improve business processes

Collaborate with department leaders to develop cost-effective solutions

Identify and interpret trends within complex data sets

Gather and analyze business and user needs to determine IT solutions

Coordinate documentation development for system implementation and turnover

Conduct post-project evaluations
