Job Description / Duties

Providing a full spectrum of plastic and reconstructive surgery services to patients in Windsor and the surrounding catchment area.

Sharing on-call responsibilities for the region (anticipated 1-in-4 to 1-in-5).

Collaborating effectively and respectfully with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care in all aspects of your practice.

Actively contributing to a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment within the division and the hospital.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Certification in Plastic Surgery from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC).

An independent practice license, or eligibility for licensure, with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).

A commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Excellent surgical skills and a dedication to continuous professional development.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration.
